This free tool builds a month-by-month home maintenance schedule for your home. Choose your climate, heating, and equipment, then print the checklist, save it as a PDF, or add it to your phone calendar as a .ics file. There is no sign-up, and your answers stay in your browser.

- Tap "Add to calendar (.ics)". On iPhone, open the page in Safari and choose Add All. On Android, open the downloaded file with Google Calendar. The events repeat every year, so you only do this once.
- Why are several tasks in one calendar event?
- Tasks that fall in the same months are grouped into a single all-day event, so your calendar stays readable. The event description lists each task and its sources.
- Is this a complete list of everything my home needs?
- No. It is a starting point built from common guidance. Your manuals, local codes, and a licensed professional come first.
- Does the tool store my answers?
